Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Travel Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that promote travel products, destinations, and services. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing bookings through effective campaigns and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for travel packages, tours, and services
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM, paid ads)
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align promotions with business goals
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts based on data insights
- Coordinate content creation (blogs, videos, social media, brochures)
- Manage relationships with partners, influencers, and tourism boards
- Oversee marketing budgets and track ROI on campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity
- Organize promotional events, travel expos, and partnerships
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in travel or hospitality
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools
- Experience with marketing analytics and performance tracking
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Pay: QAR23,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
