Travel Nanny (International Trip – UK) - $400/day+

A private family based in San Carlos, CA (94070) is seeking a highly flexible, experienced Travel Nanny to support them during an international trip to the UK from August 27th – September 7th, caring for two children ages 1 and 3 years old.

Note: Preference for a Nanny local to the Bay area.

Schedule: Flexible throughout travel, including extended travel days, daily evening support (6pm – 9pm), and 3–5 hours of daytime childcare as needed, with 2–3 days off available during the trip for personal time.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Assist with international travel days, including airport support and long-haul flight assistance
• Keep children engaged, calm, and supported during travel transitions
• Assist with car seat installation and travel logistics upon arrival
• Provide supervision during daytime activities, outings, or structured play
• Support dinner and bedtime routines in the evenings
• Help maintain consistent routines in a flexible travel environment
• Provide calm, attentive childcare while supporting a smooth family travel experience

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is experienced in travel nanny roles and confident supporting multiple young children, particularly ages 1–3. They are calm, patient, and highly adaptable in changing environments, with strong communication skills and the ability to follow a structured yet flexible routine. They are comfortable with long travel days and international flights, bring an early-rising and energetic approach to active children, and are professional, reliable, and able to work closely with hands-on parents.

Must be vaccinated (TDAP, TB, COVID, Boosters)

Compensation: $400/day + (flexible for the right candidate)
