Compensation & Benefits

• $70/hour | $2,800/week (stipend included)
• Guaranteed 40 hours/week
• Overtime available after 40 hours
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.625/mile (conditions apply)
• Predictable Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Position Overview

As a Travel Physical Therapist in Home Health, you will deliver personalized care to patients in their homes, helping improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy evaluations and treatments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Complete accurate and timely documentation (OASIS required)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress
• Manage your daily patient schedule independently

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (state license required upon acceptance)
• Minimum 2+ years of PT experience
• Home Health experience required
• Strong knowledge of OASIS documentation
• Experience with McKesson EMR
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a home-based setting

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Previous travel assignment experience
• Familiarity with rural or community-based care settings
• Strong patient engagement and communication skills
