Travel Registered Nurse - ER

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift
Schedule: 12 Hours x 3 Shifts per Week (12x3)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Pay Range: $58 – $63 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel contract in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recent ER experience and thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment while delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Perform rapid assessment, triage, and stabilization of patients
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to life-threatening situations
• Accurately document patient care and clinical outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols

Requirements:

• Active RN license (AZ or Compact State)
• Minimum 2 years of recent ER nursing experience
• BLS, PALS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure emergency settings
