Pay Rate: $60 – $65 per hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical/Telemetry (RN – MS/Tele) to join our healthcare team in Silverdale, WA. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As part of the MS/Tele team, you will provide care to patients with diverse medical conditions, monitor vital signs and telemetry readings, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
• Assess patient conditions and communicate changes promptly to physicians and care teams
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, discharge plans, and post-hospital care
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Washington
• Minimum 2 years of recent MS/Tele experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems

Schedule and Contract Details

• 13-week assignment
• Day shift (12-hour shifts, 3 days per week)
• Competitive pay between $60 and $65 per hour
