Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

• Assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures for cardiac patients.

• Engage in performance measurement and feedback processes.

• Contribute to achieving departmental targets and goals.

• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during procedures.

• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Evaluate and implement best practices to improve patient care.

• Stay updated on advancements in cardiac care and technology.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

• Educate patients and families about procedures and post-care.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license in Oregon with a focus on cardiac care.

• Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab procedures and patient care.

• Ability to monitor and respond to patient vitals during procedures.

• Strong commitment to ongoing training and professional development.

• Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control measures.

• Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

• Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.

• Willingness to engage in performance measurement and feedback processes.
