Provides each Elder with routine daily nursing care and other desired services in accordance with the Elder’s assessment, choices and care plan. Works closely with the RN Manager to manage the day-to-day functions. Facility is a total of 160 beds. Resident to Nurse ratios will be discussed during the interview. Must have BLS/ACLS.
