Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Crestview, Florida — earn up to ($1487 - $1565 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.

• Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.

• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.

• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.

• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.

• Utilize electronic health records for accurate documentation.

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives within the department.

• Manage time efficiently to prioritize patient care tasks.

• Assist in the orientation and training of new staff.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license in Florida with MedSurg experience required.

• Strong commitment to continuous professional development and training.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Proficiency in electronic health records for accurate patient documentation.

• Demonstrated ability to educate patients and families on health management.

• Experience in monitoring and documenting patient progress and vital signs.

• Capability to manage time efficiently and prioritize patient care tasks.

• Willingness to engage in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
