Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Manning, South Carolina — earn up to ($1855 - $1952 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.

• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Adapt to changing patient needs and healthcare practices.

• Educate patients and families on health management.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license in South Carolina with MedSurg experience.

• Strong commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Proficiency in monitoring patient progress and documenting vital signs.

• Experience in administering medications and treatments in a MedSurg setting.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

• Adaptability to changing patient needs and healthcare practices.

• Ability to educate patients and families on health management effectively.

• Experience in utilizing data to improve patient care outcomes.
