Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Springdale, Arkansas — earn up to ($1670 - $1757 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.

• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.

• Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for improvement.

• Educate patients and families on health management.

• Utilize electronic health records for patient documentation.

• Adapt to changing patient needs and healthcare practices.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

Experience/Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Arkansas with MedSurg experience.

• Strong commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.

• Strong communication skills for educating patients and families.

• Experience in utilizing electronic health records for documentation.
