Position: RN-MedSurg Neuro (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg Neuro for a 13-week contract in Nashville, Tennessee — earn up to ($1748 - $1840 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in MedSurg Neuro settings.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.

• Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.

• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.

• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.

• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives within the department.

• Manage time efficiently to meet patient care demands.

• Utilize electronic health records for accurate documentation.

• Assist in the orientation and training of new staff.

Experience/Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Tennessee with MedSurg Neuro experience.

• Proven ability to meet performance targets in a high-visibility environment.

• Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

• Effective communication skills with patients and families.

• Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Skilled in monitoring and documenting patient progress accurately.

• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
