Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU.

• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report changes promptly.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• Engage in performance evaluations and set personal growth goals.

• Stay updated on the latest neonatal care practices and technologies.

• Educate families on neonatal care and health management.

• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.

• Support a positive team environment and contribute to team goals.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

• Evaluate and improve nursing practices based on patient outcomes.

• Utilize data to track patient progress and treatment effectiveness.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license and certification in Neonatal Intensive Care nursing.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a results-driven environment.

• Experience in NICU nursing with a strong focus on patient assessment.

• Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.

• Ability to evaluate and improve nursing practices based on outcomes.
