Position: RN-NICU-Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU.
Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report changes promptly.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Engage in performance evaluations and set personal growth goals.
Stay updated on the latest neonatal care practices and technologies.
Educate families on neonatal care and health management.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.
Support a positive team environment and contribute to team goals.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Evaluate and improve nursing practices based on patient outcomes.
Utilize data to track patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license and certification in Neonatal Intensive Care nursing.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a results-driven environment.
Experience in NICU nursing with a strong focus on patient assessment.
Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
Ability to evaluate and improve nursing practices based on outcomes.
Strong communication skills to educate families on neonatal care.
Experience with data tracking to assess patient progress effectively.
