Position: RN-OR-Operating Room (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room setting.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

• Assist in surgical procedures and ensure a sterile environment.

• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.

• Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff for optimal outcomes.

• Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback.

• Maintain accurate records of patient care and surgical procedures.

• Utilize data to assess and enhance operational efficiency.

• Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

• Support the onboarding and training of new staff members.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license in South Carolina with OR experience preferred.

• Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain a sterile operating room environment.

• Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control measures.

• Experience in monitoring patient vitals during surgical procedures.

• Strong collaboration skills with surgeons and medical staff.

• Ability to evaluate personal performance and implement feedback.

• Experience in maintaining accurate patient care records.

• Ability to engage in team meetings to enhance patient care strategies.

• Willingness to support onboarding and training of new staff members.
