Position: RN-OR-Operating Room (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting.

• Assist in surgical procedures and ensure patient safety.

• Collaborate with surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes.

• Maintain sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.

• Monitor patient vitals and report any changes to the team.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records.

• Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

• Contribute to achieving departmental targets and goals.

• Assist in training new staff and sharing best practices.

• Utilize data to assess and improve patient care processes.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license in Colorado with a focus on operating room experience.

• Proven experience in assisting surgical procedures and patient safety protocols.

• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with surgical teams.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• Ability to monitor patient vitals and respond to changes promptly.

• Experience in maintaining a sterile environment and adhering to safety protocols.

• Proficient in documenting patient care activities and maintaining accurate records.

• Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
