Travel Sales Strategist

About the Role:
At Cultural Voyagers, we don't just sell trips-we design premium international travel experiences for clients across Pakistan and globally.
We are hiring high-performing Travel Sales Strategists who can convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
This is not a cold-calling role our dedicated marketing team generates leads. Your role is to strategize, engage, and close.

What You Will Do:

  • Handle inbound & assigned qualified leads (no cold calling)
  • Understand client requirements and design customized travel solutions
  • Present packages confidently via WhatsApp, calls, and meetings
  • Drive end-to-end sales conversion from inquiry to payment
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship management
  • Coordinate with operations team for smooth execution post-sale
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue & conversion targets

Performance Expectation:

  • Minimum 15-20% lead-to-sale conversion ratio
  • Strong focus on quality sales, not just volume
  • Ability to close high-value international travel deals

Who We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales / travel sales / high-ticket sales
  • Excellent communication & persuasion skills
  • Strong understanding of client psychology and closing techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented
  • Experience in travel industry is a plus, not mandatory (sales skill is priority)

Qualifications:

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Proven Sales aptitude with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals
  • Experience in Training others on processes, services, or sales techniques
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in travel management software or CRM tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with corporate travel and knowledge of the travel industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Business, or a related field is preferred

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
