We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader / Operations Manager to oversee the holiday packages department in our travel agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of travel consultants, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining excellent customer service, and optimizing business performance.
Key Responsibilities:1. Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of travel consultants.
- Provide training and mentorship to enhance team performance.
- Monitor individual and team sales targets and ensure achievement of business goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
2. Operations & Customer Service:
- Oversee the end-to-end process of holiday package bookings, including flights, hotels, transfers, and tours.
- Ensure smooth coordination with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and local tour operators.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Develop sales strategies to promote and sell holiday packages.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to improve offerings.
- Assist in pricing, promotions, and discounts for different travel packages.
4. Vendor & Supplier Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel partners, hotels, airlines, and local suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
- Ensure timely payments and smooth collaboration with vendors.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
