Traveling Superintendent, you will be the boots-on-the-ground leader for our project sites, primarily located in the Southeastern United States. You will manage subcontractors, uphold project timelines, and ensure high-quality, safe execution on site. This role requires frequent regional travel with multi-day stays as needed. Lodging and travel-related expenses are provided. Preference is given to candidates based in cities like Atlanta, Nashville, or Louisville to minimize travel time.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects
Coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and to Osborne standards
Communicate regularly with remote project managers and support staff
Maintain detailed daily reports and project documentation
Uphold strict safety protocols and address on-site issues as needed
Represent Osborne professionally with clients, vendors, and trade partners
Qualifications
Minimum three years of supervisory experience in commercial construction
Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the Southeastern region for 2-4 weeks at a time (longer if preferred)
Based in or near Southeastern metro areas, such as Atlanta or Nashville, is preferred
Comfortable using Microsoft Teams or basic construction management software

Salary and Benefits
Full time position
Competitive salary range at $70,000 to $95,000 based on experience
