JMC Enterprises is hiring Field Trainers for our Mobile and Remote Division to guide our technicians through critical safety and service protocols during the winter season. Trainers are not only responsible for teaching but also for performing the same snow and ice removal tasks as the technicians they mentor, leading by example in the field.

Position Overview:
As a Trainer, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring Lead and Supporting Technicians are equipped to excel. You’ll train others in safe and efficient snow/ice removal from trailer tops and model the performance standards we expect in the field. You will be responsible for physically performing the snow removal services as well as helping other technicians master the skills needed for success.
Key Responsibilities:
On-the-Road Training: Guide training sessions for 2-4 technicians at a time, instructing them on JMC's safety protocols and service techniques, including proper snow and ice removal methods using extension ladders and snow shovels.
Documentation: Ensure all service information is accurately logged, including photos and service records.
Safety First: Always model and promote the importance of safety and adherence to best practices.
Mentorship: Coach technicians with clear and constructive feedback, fostering their growth and development in their roles.
Travel: Train across 13 states on both local and extended service routes.
Assessments and Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement. Gather feedback from trainees to enhance future training sessions.
Collaboration: Partner with management to identify training needs, process adjustments, and improve training materials

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, performance data, and employee progress.
Requirements:
Driving Experience: Skilled and confident operating vehicles in adverse weather.
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical outdoor tasks.
Winter Experience: Comfortable working long hours outdoors in cold, snowy conditions.
Heights Experience: Confident working at heights (13 ft above the ground) using ladders.
Training Experience: Proven experience in a training, coaching, or mentoring role; snow removal background is a plus.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
Leadership: Strong mentoring abilities with a passion for helping others succeed and a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth.
Safety-Oriented: Always prioritize safety in every aspect of training and operations.
Positive Mindset: Positive attitude and calm demeanor, especially in challenging situations.
Willingness to Travel: Consistent availability and flexibility to work across regions
CDL is a plus but not required.

Your pay will grow as you do—beginning as a Trainer-in-Training, advancing to Associate Trainer, and ultimately reaching Certified Trainer, with each level bringing increased responsibilities and compensation.
