Project Superintendent

Duties:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on the job site
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years as a project superintendent.

- Proven experience as a Project Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction, schematics, blueprint reading, and quality control processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams of professionals
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
