Traveling Snow Removal/ Lawncare Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate snow plows, blowers, shovels, and other equipment to clear driveways, walkways, parking lots, and sidewalks efficiently during winter storms.
• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to maintain healthy, attractive landscapes.
• Conduct landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching to enhance curb appeal.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely for landscape installation or repair projects.
• Maintain irrigation systems and perform routine inspections to ensure proper functioning throughout the seasons.
• Assist with hardscape projects like installing patios, walkways, or retaining walls as needed.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure optimal operation of machinery such as excavators or trimmers.

Requirements

• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping or construction equipment such as excavators, power tools, or snow plows.
• Strong lawn care and landscape maintenance skills with familiarity in gardening, tree care (including trimming), and horticulture practices.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of snow plowing techniques and safety procedures for winter storm response.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping machinery safely and effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to property upkeep and safety standards.
• Prior experience in landscaping or snow removal is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right motivated candidate.
