Elysian Construction is looking for eager sales professionals to join our growing team of outside sales representatives. We specialize in helping our customers get exceptional service for their roof repair & exterior construction needs.

Our Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for:

• Performing and documenting roof inspections through photographs.
• Reviewing and signing contracts with Homeowners.
• Data entry.
• Self-sourced lead generation.
• Attending Weekly meetings
• Taking Coaching from Area Sales Manager and Inside Sales Leads.
• Ability and willingness to communicate effectively.
• Perform roof adjustments when assigned.
• Completing other tasks as assigned to by the Internal Team.
• Ability to travel to other markets for months at a time (MN, CO, FL, IL, KY, MI, NE, MO), being able to go back home in-between travel.

We provide our Outside Sales Representatives with:

• Automobile Fuel ($200/week) & Maintenance Allowance Program ($150 per week, for those out of state)
• Commission based upon percentage of total value of the job- Realistically 1st year pay expectations are between $65,000-$85,000, with top performers well over $100,000
• Supplemental Compensation Program for completion of miscellaneous activities per company policies
• Benefits including medical and dental insurance, life and limited disability insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, paid personal time, and other benefits options.

Mandatory Requirements:

• MUST HAVE previous experience in sales, roofing or restoration sales is a plus
• MUST be comfortable inspecting roofs
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have valid vehicle insurance
• Must be willing to undergo a background check

Upon hire our Outside Sales Representatives will be required to:

• Complete all required trainings, including 2 to 4 weeks company onboarding and on the job sales training
• Present yourself to a testing center for drug testing
• Communicate effectively with your management team regarding your progress and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
