About the Role:
The Treasury Analyst plays a key role in maintaining strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and disciplined execution across Nysonian's payables operations. This role owns end-to-end AP processing, vendor coordination, and payment execution, while serving as a critical bridge between Accounting/Reporting and Treasury to ensure timely, compliant payments aligned with cash availability. The AP Analyst supports month-end close, reconciliations, and audit readiness, maintains clean and reliable documentation, and proactively identifies issues and process improvements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where ownership, precision, and accountability matter.

What You Will Do:

• Manage the full accounts payable lifecycle, including invoice receipt, validation, PO/contract matching, approvals, GL coding, tax treatment, posting, and payment processing.
• Prepare and execute vendor payments (ACH, wire, checks) in line with approved payment runs, authorization matrix, and internal controls.
• Maintain and update vendor master data, including banking details and tax documentation (W-9/W-8), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain complete and well-organized documentation for invoices, approvals, contracts, and payment confirmations; communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and confirm payment status.
• Reconcile vendor statements, proactively investigate variances, and monitor AP aging to ensure timely resolution of due and past-due invoices.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Accounting, Reporting, Treasury, and internal stakeholders to validate payable balances, align payment timing, and ensure cash availability.
• Support month-end close by preparing AP reconciliations, accruals, cutoff adjustments, aging schedules, and management reports; assist with audits and internal reviews.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and 1099 reporting while identifying process gaps and recommending improvements to AP workflows and SOPs.

Who You Are:

• Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, or professional qualification such as ACCA or CA (F).
• Strong ability to manage end-to-end accounts payable processes with disciplined documentation, accurate reconciliations, timely payment execution, and professional vendor coordination.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Xero, with hands-on experience using banking portals for ACH, wire, and payment processing.
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets for reconciliations, aging analysis, and reporting.
• Experience using digital documentation and record-keeping tools to maintain organized, audit-ready AP records.
