SUMMARY:
The Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing daily cash operations, forecasting cash flow, and supporting working capital initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures optimal liquidity to support production cycles, inventory purchases, and customer payment terms while maintaining strong internal controls and efficient treasury processes. The position works closely with cross-functional teams, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, to monitor collections, improve cash conversion cycles, and support credit and working capital management.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm (Hybrid - in office M/T/W)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in manufacturing and/or pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred
- Exposure to Accounts Receivable or working capital management required
- Ability to work cross-functionally across PLD
- Advanced Excel skills (cash forecasting models, pivot tables, financial analysis, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Oracle preferred
- Experience working with multi-bank environments
- Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting
- Diplomatic while dealing with complex problems
- Motivational, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, inventory-driven manufacturing environment
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cash Management
- Monitor daily cash positions
- Analyze short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts (13-week rolling forecast)
- Optimize liquidity to support manufacturing cycles, inventory purchases, and customer payment terms
- Initiate and approve wire transfers, ACH, and other electronic payments
- Follow internal controls and contribute to process improvement as well as AP/AR automation initiatives
Banking & Treasury Operations
- Maintain relationships with banking partners
- Manage bank account administration (openings/closures, signers, KYC documentation)
- Monitor and reconcile treasury-related transactions
- Support credit facility ABL (revolver) paydown and draw activities
- Assist in managing credit facilities and working capital lines
- Support insurance renewals and risk documentation as needed
Accounts Receivable & Working Capital Support
- Partner with AR to monitor collections performance and DSO trends
- Assist in customer credit analysis and credit limit reviews
- Support cash application and remittance tracking processes
- Identify opportunities to improve cash conversion cycle
- Participate in early pay / dynamic discounting initiatives where applicable
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly treasury reports for senior leadership
- Analyze working capital metrics (DSO, DPO, inventory turns)
- Support audit requests related to cash, AR, AP and Treasury controls
- Assist with automation initiatives within Treasury and AR functions
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Occasionally lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds

Starting Salary: $75,000
