Treasury Analyst

Faixa Azul is a growing organization focused on financial excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic growth across its business operations. As we expand our footprint in Qatar, we are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our finance team in Doha.

Position Overview
The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for supporting cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk monitoring. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical skills who can help optimize cash flow, support funding decisions, and ensure effective treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and support liquidity management activities
• Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and treasury reports
• Analyze banking transactions, balances, and funding requirements
• Support management of bank accounts, credit facilities, and payment processes
• Evaluate short-term investment opportunities and cash optimization strategies
• Identify and assess financial risks related to liquidity and currency exposure
• Prepare periodic treasury reports for management review
• Collaborate with finance teams on budgeting and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies and controls
• Support month-end closing activities related to treasury functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in treasury, banking, or financial analysis
• Strong understanding of cash flow management and financial instruments
• Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
