A growing energy services company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join its finance team. Position Overview

The Treasury Analyst will split responsibilities between treasury and accounting functions. Approximately 50% of the role will focus on treasury activities, while the remaining 50% will support the accounting team through collections, payment follow-up, reconciliations, month-end close activities, and general accounting support.

Key ResponsibilitiesTreasury Functions

• Manage daily banking activities and corporate bank accounts
• Administer and monitor approximately 25 corporate credit card accounts
• Assist with short-term cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
• Support payment prioritization and supplier payment scheduling
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and reduce banking costs
• Maintain banking relationships and support treasury reporting

Accounting Support

• Assist with customer collections and vendor payment follow-up
• Prepare month-end journal entries and supporting schedules
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
• Assist with financial reporting and other accounting projects

QualificationsRequired

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in finance, treasury, accounting, banking, or a related discipline
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

• Strong academic performance
• Progress toward a CPA or CFA designation
• Experience working with accounting or ERP systems
