About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated
Treasury Analyst
to join our
Group Treasury
team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals with a strong quantitative background and a keen interest in financial markets, treasury operations, and economic analysis.
The successful candidate will support treasury projects, governance initiatives, exposure management, liquidity monitoring, cash flow forecasting, and investment portfolio performance analysis. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with financial data, developing analytical models, and contributing to strategic treasury decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Support Group Treasury projects and governance-related initiatives.

Monitor and analyze treasury exposures, liquidity positions, and cash flow forecasts.

Assist in the performance measurement and reporting of investment portfolios.

Contribute to the development and enhancement of treasury processes and operational efficiencies.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders on treasury, finance, IT, Operations and risk management initiatives.

Analyze interest rate movements and support pricing, forecasting, and investment decision-making.

Develop and maintain analytical models using quantitative techniques.

Support management reporting and treasury risk assessments.

Work with large datasets using SQL and Python to automate reporting and improve analytical capabilities.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders on treasury, finance, and risk management initiatives.

Stay informed on macroeconomic developments, monetary policy, fiscal policy, inflation trends, and interest rate dynamics.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline.

0-3 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Trade Finance, Risk Management, Banking, or Financial Services.

CFA Level I completed or candidate actively pursuing the CFA Program.

Familiarity with investment portfolio performance measurement and attribution analysis.

Exposure to treasury management, liquidity management, treasury governance, or asset-liability management concepts.

Knowledge of fixed income markets, yield curves, inflation modeling, and interest rate forecasting techniques.

Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.

Working knowledge of:

Understanding of financial markets, treasury concepts, and risk management principles.

Ability to decompose and analyze interest rates for pricing, forecasting, and financial modeling.
