Manage day-to-day cash activities, ensuring proper control, internal verification, and accurate recording of financial transactions.
Maintain organized records of commercial and administrative documents for easy tracking and retrieval when required.
Perform regular weekly inventory checks to review operational supplies and materials used in daily activities.
Assist customers by answering queries, providing information, and handling complaints in a professional and supportive manner.
Coordinate the delivery and tracking of physical and digital documents to relevant departments and external contacts.
Ensure all financial and administrative records are updated regularly to support smooth operations.
Support reconciliation activities by verifying cash movements and assisting in identifying discrepancies.
Assist in maintaining compliance with internal financial procedures and documentation standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum one year of practical experience in cash handling, verification, and reconciliation tasks.
Basic knowledge of accounting systems and standard banking procedures.
Previous experience in customer support or client-facing roles will be considered an advantage.
Intermediate MS Excel skills along with general computer literacy for daily office work.
Strong attention to detail with a responsible and organized working approach.
