Treasury Business Consultant

About the Role:
We are looking for a Treasury Business Consultant with strong experience in bank treasury operations and technology implementation. The consultant will bridge business and technical teams, ensuring that Kodev Global’s Treasury Platform aligns with industry and Shariah requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document treasury business requirements (Islamic & Conventional).
• Advise on workflows for front, middle, and back-office treasury functions.
• Work with developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and process validation.
• Provide functional insights on FTP, ALM, Risk, and Liquidity Management.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in treasury or banking operations/technology.
• Knowledge of Islamic banking treasury products (Murabaha, Mudarabah, Sukuk).
• Strong understanding of market practices and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with Inhouse, Finastra , or FIS Treasury preferred.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
