Treasury Manager

Job Responsibilities:

•Manage financial projections, projected cash flows and feasibility.

•Responsible for assistance in taxation matters of Income tax and Sales tax (Returns, Compliances, and notices (if any).

•Manage corporate matters relating to Annual filing and Finance facilities.

•Make renewals of ST & LTL facilities, Mortgages and charge registrations/Vacations, JPP, Facility Renewal Docs/enhancement.

•Liaise with banks regarding day-to-day operations cushion planning LC retirement, STL, LTL, RF, BBFS, LAF etc.

•Responsible for marking & removal documentation and coordinating with lawyers.

•Manage day-to-day supervision & insurance renewals of teamwork.

Qualification: MBA, CA-Finalist, ACCA

Experience: 4 to 5 years in the same capacity
