Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to oversee cash management, optimize liquidity, and manage financial risks. This role requires strong analytical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to align treasury operations with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Cash Management: Oversee daily cash flow, banking relationships, and liquidity planning.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including FX and interest rate exposures.
• Investment Oversight: Manage short-term investments and optimize returns on surplus funds.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, IFRS standards, and corporate governance.
• Forecasting: Develop cash flow forecasts and support strategic financial planning.
• Collaboration: Partner with finance, operations, and executive leadership to align treasury strategy.
• Team Leadership: Mentor treasury staff and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in treasury management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of treasury frameworks and GCC financial environments.
• Expertise in cash flow forecasting, risk management, and investment oversight.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational or regional financial organizations preferred.

Pay: RO2,000.000 - RO2,800.000 per month

Work Location: In person
