We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Operations Supervisor to join our Finance Department at our Istanbul Headquarters. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury operations, preferably in the energy sector
• Proficiency in SAP
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage daily, weekly, monthly and annual cash flow forecasts
• Maintain strong relationships with domestic and international banks
• Execute and record banking transactions, including payments, transfers, and reconciliations
• Ensure accurate and timely posting of bank records into SAP
• Monitor liquidity and optimize working capital
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to support treasury-related reporting
• Contribute to treasury compliance processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
