About the Role

Harmony Bank is seeking an experienced Treasury Solutions Officer to help businesses find smarter ways to manage their cash flow and financial operations.

This is a relationship-focused role where you'll work directly with business clients, prospects, and internal partners to deliver customized treasury solutions. You'll have the opportunity to drive business growth, build lasting client relationships, and play a key role in expanding Harmony Bank's Treasury Solutions presence throughout our markets.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business relationships and expand existing client relationships.
• Consult with business clients to understand their treasury needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Present and implement treasury products and services that help clients operate more efficiently.
• Collaborate with Market Presidents, Loan Officers, and other internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Create customized proposals and manage the sales process from prospecting to implementation.
• Represent Harmony Bank in the community through networking events, business organizations, and industry involvement.
• Lead and support Treasury Management Specialist team members while ensuring service standards are met.
• Stay current on industry trends, technology, and regulatory changes impacting treasury services.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of treasury sales, training, or treasury management experience.
• Demonstrated success in treasury sales and relationship management.
• Strong understanding of treasury products and services.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to develop new business while retaining and growing existing relationships.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Active involvement in community networking and business development activities.
• CTP designation is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
