Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented, fully bilingual (English-Spanish) Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our vibrant dental team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding their treatment plans, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements. Your energetic approach will ensure a seamless patient experience from initial consultation through treatment completion, while maintaining accurate documentation and efficient office operations. Responsibilities

• Review and explain treatment plans to patients, ensuring understanding of procedures, costs, and insurance coverage
• Collect payments
• Coordinate with dental providers to ensure accurate documentation review and care plan implementation
• Maintain detailed records within Opend Denatl and other dental office management software
• Assist with insurance verification, intake procedures, appointment scheduling, and front desk duties using multi-line phone systems.
• Support medical administrative tasks such as filing, data entry (including 10-key typing), and managing patient records with professionalism and confidentiality

Experience

• Proven experience in dental office front desk and clinical support roles with a focus on treatment planning or Insurance billing
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills including Open Dental management software is highly preferred or at least familiarity Dentrix or Eaglesoft.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, ,CPT coding, and healthcare documentation standards
• Prior dental clinic experience demonstrating excellent patient service skills
• Exceptional phone etiquette, organizational skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
