Treatment Coordinator

JPosition Title: Dental Treatment Coordinator
Pay Range: $35–$40 per hour (DOE)
Experience Required: 1–2 years

Position Summary:
The Dental Treatment Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the coordination of patient treatment from diagnosis through completion. This role ensures patients are fully informed of their treatment needs, understand their financial responsibilities, and are scheduled appropriately to maintain an efficient and productive workflow.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Present treatment plans in alignment with provider recommendations.
• Educate patients on procedures, timelines, and expected outcomes.
• Verify insurance coverage and prepare detailed financial estimates.
• Facilitate payment arrangements, including third-party financing options.
• Manage scheduling of treatment and maintain a balanced, productive schedule.
• Monitor incomplete treatment and conduct timely follow-ups.
• Ensure all patient information is accurately documented and maintained.

Required Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in dental treatment coordination or front office operations.
• Working knowledge of dental procedures, insurance verification, and billing practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Experience with dental practice management systems preferred.
