We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive, and professional Treatment Coordinator to lead our sales process. In this role, you will be the bridge between a patient’s initial interest and their life-changing treatment plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Actively manage and nurture inbound leads through digital communication platforms (WhatsApp Business and GoHighLevel CRM).
- Consultative Selling: Conduct personalized discovery calls and messages to identify patient needs, aesthetic goals, and emotional motivations.
- Treatment Presentation: Effectively present comprehensive treatment plans and high-ticket packages, highlighting the value and results rather than just the procedure.
- Conversion & Booking: Drive the sales cycle from the initial inquiry to a confirmed booking, ensuring all reservation protocols (including deposits) are met.
- Strategic Follow-up: Execute a professional re-engagement strategy for past leads and maintain a consistent follow-up sequence to maximize conversion rates.
- Appointment Optimization: Manage the scheduling flow to ensure a high-efficiency clinic calendar and minimize no-show rates through proactive confirmation protocols.
- Sales Performance: Track personal sales metrics and contribute to the clinic’s monthly revenue goals through effective closing techniques and upselling.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven success in sales, ideally within the Med Spa, Plastic Surgery, or Luxury Wellness industries.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (experience with GoHighLevel is a significant advantage) and professional messaging platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Profile: Strong emotional intelligence, ability to handle objections gracefully, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Style: Professional, polished appearance and a commitment to providing VIP customer service.
