Treatment Coordinator/ Clinical Assistant

Join our dynamic Orthodontic team as a Treatment Coordinator/Clinical Assistant, where your enthusiasm and organizational skills will directly enhance patient care and streamline clinical operations. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, guiding them through treatment plans, coordinating appointments, and supporting clinicians with administrative and clinical tasks. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment that fosters patient trust and satisfaction while ensuring smooth clinic workflows.

We are looking for a motivated and organized Treatment Coordinator/Clinical Assistant to join our dynamic team and help us continue to provide the highest level of care.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and prepare them for treatment procedures.
  • Assist clinicians during patient examinations and procedures by preparing supplies and ensuring a sterile environment.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, post-care instructions, and answer their questions clearly and confidently.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and treatment plans with accurate documentation.
  • Maintain accurate patient records by documenting clinical notes, treatment details, and updates in electronic health records systems.
  • Correspond efficiently to ensure timely communication with patients and staff.
  • Support the clinic’s daily operations

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent and certification from an accredited dental assistant program.
  • Experience: Previous 1+ years of experience in an orthodontic office (2+ preferred, but not required)
  • Certification: Current CPR certification and Radiology certification (preferred but not required).

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
