Treatment Coordinator - Interim

Job Description

We are a family-owned, private orthodontic practice seeking a professional, outgoing, and positive treatment coordinator. This is a temporary position for 6-9 months with the possible opportunity to be longer as needed by the business.

Primary responsibilities of this position include:

-Welcoming and helping patients navigate their orthodontic treatment and dental needs

-Completing exams with doctors and communicating with referring dental offices

-Coordinating patient treatment

-Facilitating patients benefits & financing

-Following-up with and finding new patients

Position Requirements:

• High school or equivalent education
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Expert computer and technology skills
• Mastery of dental & orthodontic terminology
• Orthodontic chair-side experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Schedule:
-Full time, 36-40 hours

-Monday-Thursday

-No Fridays or weekends

Compensation:
-based on experience
