*Saturday Position - 8.30AM-5.30PM*
*Competitive Rate From £15 P/H*
Kissdental are excited to be opening a search for a new dedicated Treatment Coordinator to work within our fantastic practice in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to ensure our patients have a fantastic treatment experience in practice, and are offered as many treatment options as possible to transform their smiles.
Kissdental are a fully private dental group of 9 practices spread across the North West. We are highly renowned for providing an outstanding patient journey, and we're looking for a Treatment Coordinator who will be able to ensure our patients are taken on this journey. Our practice is easily accessible, close to public transport networks & with on-site parking.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading patients through our well established patient journey - offering treatments and ensuring we have strong patient conversion rates in the practice
- Supporting predominantly with the Invisalign patient journey - scanning patients, attachment management etc
- Ensuring a smooth patient journey process, booking in follow up appointments, completing check-ins, supporting with finance applications etc
- Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement
- Plan & driving income targets for the practice through the utilisation of lead management and conversion skills
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- A candidate with prior experience in Dentistry is essential for this role; it could be suitable for candidates with prior TCO or Nursing backgrounds
- Experience with clear aligners/Invisalign would also be highly desirable for this position
- Confident in presenting themselves when meeting with their team and patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our patients a 5 star patient experience
- Be able to confidently discuss treatment options with patients, adopting an influencing approach and providing them with a wealth of information to support treatment uptake
- Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential as training is provided
- DBS checked with the right to work within the UK

- A highly competitive hourly rate from £15 P/H is on offer for the position, varying depending on prior experience & advanced qualifications
