Treatment Plan Coordinator

Vacendak Dentistry has an opening for a Treatment Plan Coordinator position. We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic team-member with a positive attitude who can join the business team in our growing practice.

Your Role as Treatment Plan Coordinator includes but is not limited to:

• Knowledgeable of Insurance plans
• Answer and manage multiple phone lines
• Confirm and schedule patient appointments
• Maintain the office email
• Knowledgeable of Dental Terminology
• Consult and present treatment plans
• Greet and check patients in/out
• Verify insurance for patients before their appointment
• Collect patient copay at time of appointment
• Enter patient information in Dentrix Ascend Software

Qualified candidates will have at least two years experience working in a dental office as a treatment coordinator or receptionist. Must have computer knowledge. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. He or She should be a people person and possess a positive attitude.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
