Treatment Recovery Closer (Dental Office – High Commission + Leadership Track)

We’re not looking for someone to “check in on patients.”

We’re building a $4M+ dental machine — and we need a Treatment Recovery Closer who can turn diagnosed treatment into scheduled production.

If you know how to control a phone call, build urgency, overcome objections, and confidently present dentistry — this is your stage.

Your Mission:

• Call patients with unscheduled diagnosed treatment
• Re-open conversations and re-sell value with confidence
• Overcome objections around time, fear, and finances
• Close smaller cases directly over the phone
• Reappoint larger cases into consultation
• Present financing options like a pro
• Recover lost production and turn it into booked revenue

You are not a reminder caller.
You are a production generator.

What You Bring:

• 1+ years in dental treatment coordination or high-level phone sales
• Strong closing ability — you are comfortable asking for commitment
• Confidence presenting treatment over the phone
• Objection-handling skills that feel natural, not scripted
• Goal-driven mindset — numbers motivate you
• Ability to track performance and hit recovery targets

Bonus Points:

• Dentrix experience
• Experience presenting third-party financing
• History of hitting or exceeding sales goals
