Tree work is one of the most skilled trades in landscaping - and we take safety and craft seriously. If you've been doing tree care and you want a professional crew that holds itself to a real standard - and a path toward climbing and certification - BTS Land Services Corp is hiring.

We're looking for the ground tech who grows into our next certified climber and crew leader.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

- Trim, prune, and shape trees and palms on commercial properties across South Florida

- Support removals from the ground: debris management, chipping, and cleanup

- Operate chain saws, pole saws, and chippers safely under established protocols

- Learn from experienced climbers and crew leaders

- Grow toward climbing certification and leadership if that's your path

YOU'RE THE ONE IF:

- At least one season of tree trimming, arborist crew, or related work

- Basic chain saw and ground-crew safety - you know what a danger zone looks like

- Physical stamina for demanding outdoor work in South Florida

- A valid driver's license is preferred
