Tree Service Sales Representative

ArborCare Tree Management is a fast-growing, locally owned tree care company serving southeastern North Carolina. We take pride in providing safe, professional tree services while delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for a motivated salesperson who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and helping homeowners make informed decisions about their trees.

What You’ll Do

● Meet with homeowners and commercial property owners.

● Inspect trees and discuss customer concerns.

● Prepare accurate estimates for tree removal, pruning, stump grinding, and other tree services.

● Explain recommended work and answer customer questions.

● Follow up with customers to close sales.

● Build relationships that lead to repeat and referral business.

● Coordinate with the office and production crews to ensure jobs are completed as promised.

● Represent ArborCare professionally at all times.

Qualifications

● Sales experience preferred (tree service, landscaping, construction, or home services is a plus).

● Excellent communication and customer service skills.

● Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

● Comfortable working outdoors and visiting multiple properties each day.

● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

● Ability to use tablets, smartphones, and basic computer software.

● ISA Certified Arborist is a plus but not required.

Schedule

● Full-time

● Monday–Friday

● Occasional overtime during storm events or emergency response.
