This is an opportunity to work directly with Sean Moriarty, founder of Tectum Roofing and Executive Roof Coach, while building a six-figure income in one of the most lucrative industries in America.

We are looking for motivated, competitive, and coachable individuals who want more than a job. Whether you have experience in roofing, solar, real estate, car sales, door-to-door sales, or another commission-based environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect residential and commercial properties for storm damage
• Meet with property owners and business owners
• Generate leads and referrals
• Guide customers through the insurance restoration process
• Build and maintain relationships within your territory
• Close roofing restoration projects
• Manage projects from inspection through contract execution

Compensation

• 100% Commission
• Expected First-Year Earnings: $100,000+
• Top Performers: $250,000+ Annually
