Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate trekking schedules, travel plans, and operational activities
  • Communicate with clients regarding bookings, itineraries, and travel updates
  • Coordinate with guides, transportation providers, hotels, and vendors
  • Prepare travel documents, booking confirmations, and operational reports
  • Ensure smooth execution of trekking and travel activities
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support
  • Monitor schedules and ensure timely coordination of services
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and booking information
  • Support guests before, during, and after trekking activities
  • Assist with operational planning and logistics coordination
