Overview:
The Attorney will handle a variety of general liability matters from file opening through discovery to resolution, including trial. Actual trial experience to verdict is required. New Jersey bar admission is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court appearances
• Conduct depositions
• Prepare and draft legal documents, briefs, and motions
• Advise clients on legal strategies
• Negotiate settlements
• Manage cases through all stages of litigation

Qualifications:

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar
• Proven trial experience through verdict
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently
