Trial Attorney

Our client, a successful plaintiff-side personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their team in a performance-driven environment with bonus opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Handle personal injury cases from inception through settlement
• Draft demand letters and negotiate directly with insurance companies
• Take cases to trial when settlement isn't achieved
• Work with medical experts and manage case development

• 5 years of personal injury experience experience
• Strong pre-litigation and settlement negotiation skills
