We are seeking a experienced Bodily Injury Associate who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment whose expertise and strategic thinking can make a difference for our clients!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution concerning bodily injury defense cases.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to develop strong legal strategies, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure timely and effective case management, maintain client relationships, and achieve successful case outcomes.
  • Engage in negotiations, mediations, settlement conferences, and trial advocacy to advocate for our clients' interests and achieve optimal results in litigation.

Qualifications:

  • Active Florida bar membership in good standing.
  • 3- 5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft and argue complex legal motions and pleadings effectively.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities and ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Jury Trial experience preferred (1st or 2nd chair)
