As an experienced litigation attorney, you will be responsible for:

• Handling a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including but not limited to commercial disputes, contract disputes, personal injury cases, and family law matters.
• Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support your cases.
• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals.
• Representing clients in court hearings, depositions, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Providing strategic legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborating with our team of attorneys and legal staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, with a primary focus on civil litigation.
• Proven track record of successful outcomes in complex litigation cases.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
