Trial Technician/Technology Expert to Assist Attorneys in Trial

Responsibilities:
Experienced Trial Lawyer needs to hire a Trial Technician (contract, part time, full time or as needed) who will support trial attorneys from start to finish -- you will be involved with video taped depositions on Zoom, preserving video evidence for trial, creating video deposition clips for use at trial, displaying exhibits at trial, you must be proficient with Power Point which attorney uses in trial for opening statement and closing argument and presentation of exhibits. Knowledge of Trial Director a plus. This is a contract job to start and you must be able to travel to different courthouses throughout Los Angeles County, be present in court during court hours, work late nights and weekends if needed, some trial preparation can be done remotely. You must be present during trial with trial counsel for presentation of evidence from the start to the end of the case, during the hours of 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Requirements:
Applicant must have minimum 2+ years of experience supporting attorneys in pre trial matters and during trials. Please do not apply if you have never done this work but feel comfortable in your data management skills.

Preferred Skills:
Applicant must be very proficient with Trial Director features/services as well as Power Point, Zoom depositions, creating video deposition clips for use at trial.

References:

Two (2) attorney references who you have worked with in trial as the trial technician expert.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
