What This Role Is

TriStar Claim Partners is building a small team of serious producers to represent property owners after major losses.

We operate as Public Insurance Adjusters — licensed professionals who advocate for the policyholder, NOT THE INSURANCE COMPANY.

Insurance companies aim to minimize what they pay out. We ensure our clients receive more — the maximum settlement they are entitled to under their policy, not what the insurance company wants to pay.

This is a commission-based, self-directed professional's role.

Who This Is For

This role is designed for a very specific type of producer:

• You are comfortable working on a 100% commission basis
• You do not need supervision
• You build trust quickly with everyday people
• You stay composed in high-stress situations (fires, major losses, emotional clients)
• You know how to ask for the business and close

You are not a typical salesperson.

You are — or are willing to become — a licensed Public Insurance Adjuster in the state of Tennessee, operating as a professional advisor to clients after a loss.

You are a relationship builder who can close.

Who Will Not Be Considered

Do not apply if:

• You have no direct sales closing experience
• You have never worked in a commission-based role
• You need training on how to sell
• Your background is unrelated (e.g., hospitality, general admin, etc.)
• You have been in "business owner" roles without personal sales production

WE ARE NOT HIRING BEGINNERS.

What You Will Do

• Identify property owners with qualified losses
• Build trust and initiate the claims process
• Secure signed representation agreements
• Coordinate initial documentation and site access
• Transition the file to the adjusting team

You focus on relationships, pipeline, and closing. We handle execution.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience
• Proven history of:
• Closing deals
• Earning commission-based income
• Experience working in a 1099 or commission-based environment

Strong Preference

• Insurance or adjusting background
• Construction-related sales experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
